- 4 cups White Vinegar
- 8 cups Water
- 1/2 Cup Pickling Salt
- 1/2 tsp Powdered Alum
- Combine, bring to a boil
- Cucumbers (can use carrots or beans too)
- Dill Weed
- Garlic Cloves
- Wash vegetables
- Pack jars, adding a bit of dill weed to top and bottom of each jar (as much as you want. Garlic for added taste.)
- Add syrup and process.
